The trend towards relaxing limitations on passengers with hand luggage going through airport security continues, as more airports implement new screening technologies.
As Simple Flying reports, as of 28JUN, Helsinki Airport has increased the amount of liquids travellers are permitted in their hand luggage to two liters. New scanners, using computer tomography technology, mean that the Finnish airport joins a number of other European airports in allowing for the end of the 100mL rule.
