TICO Advisory: COVID-19 Pandemic Disclosure Guidelines for Registrants

TICO’s Compliance Department has developed new COVID-19 Pandemic Disclosure Guidelines to assist registrants in disclosing pandemic-related information to clients. The regulator’s guidelines specify that registrants have a responsibility to provide clients with the comprehensive information they need to fully understand and make informed travel purchases. The new Guidelines can be downloaded on site, and TICO is also offering webinars to navigate the new information.
