TICO has withdrawn its charges against Black Tie Travel Ltd. and Kristin Evensen due to the business’ move to Calgary. Both Black Tie Travel Ltd. and Kristin Evensen have agreed to not carry out business as travel agents in Ontario. The withdrawn charges include one count each of operating without TICO registration and failing to take “reasonable care to prevent the Corporation from committing an offence.”
