Transport Committee Hearings into Holiday Travel Chaos Begin Today with Testimony from Air Canada, WestJet, Sunwing

Members of the House of Commons’ Transport Committee have returned early from their holiday break to begin hearings 12JAN into Canada’s holiday travel meltdown. 

The first day of testimony will hear from airport officials, the Minister of Transport himself and executives from Canadian airlines.  

 

During Thursday’s five hours of hearings, the committee will question Air Canada vice-presidents Kevin O'Connor and David Rheault, Sunwing Airlines president Len Corrado and tour operations head Andrew Dawson, and WestJet Airlines vice-presidents Andrew Gibbons and Scott Wilson.
