U.S. Travel Reaches All-Time High Amid Rise in COVID-19 Variants

According to travel insurance comparison site, squaremouth.com, sales in AUG increased 120 per cent compared to the same month in 2019, a record sales number despite the rise in COVID-19 case numbers and the Delta variant within the country. The site also reported that 40 per cent of the bookings in AUG 2021 were to Europe, which also has a high number of Delta variant cases.
