Carnival has announced that unvaccinated guests aboard its latest ship, Mardi Gras, must remain on board when it calls in San Juan, Puerto Rico on 03AUG. While Carnival has marked the ship as “available to vaccinated guests only,” the vaccination program allows for no more than 5 per cent of unvaccinated guests on board when it sails from Port Canaveral on 31JUL 2021. Carnival’s policy also states that those unvaccinated will not be allowed to participate in any tours or excursions in Puerto Rico.
