US NEXUS Enrolment Centres to Re-Open 29NOV; CDN Sites Remain Closed

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection has announced that NEXUS and FAST enrolment centers are open on its side of the border beginning 29NOV, but Canadian sites will remain closed until further notice. Conditionally-approved applications may schedule interviews at U.S. NEXUS sites. The CBP asks applicants to be patient as there is a backlog of applications being processed at a limited number of sites. The Canada Border Services Agency highlights that applicants wishing to schedule interviews can do so through the Trusted Traveller Programs system at their nearest U.S. enrolment centre. Existing members can still retain their membership status beyond their scheduled expiration by renewing before the expiry date.
