Yahoo reports that VIA Rail unveiled its new fleet in Toronto, commencing its first official journey between Ottawa and Toronto.
The new train, known for its advanced design and eco-friendly features, connects Canada's capital and largest city within the Québec City-Windsor corridor. The event at the Toronto Maintenance Centre included a christening ceremony and a tour of the new train. CEO Mario Péloquin led the celebrations and engaged in interviews.
