As of 30NOV, the transition period which allowed for a negative COVID-19 test to be used as an alternative vaccination for air, train, or cruise travel will end. After that date, any traveller above the age of 12 must provide proof of full vaccination for domestic travel. Other measures such as mandatory masks, health check questions, and negative test requirements for international travellers, remain in place. According to CTV News, both Air Canada and WestJet will have a system in place for travellers to submit their proof of vaccination online ahead of arrival at an airport.
