The Martinique Tourism Authority will be hosting a Martinique Travel Show (MTS) taking place from 18MAY to 20MAY, 2021. This event marks the first ever 100% virtual international trade show in Martinique for the travel industry.
MTS will allow national and international travel professionals including tour operators, travel agents, trade, and the consumer press to learn about the latest destination developments and news. Canadian travel professionals will also have the opportunity to arrange one-on-one meetings with Martinique suppliers.
The event platform will feature virtual booths where visitors can 'drop in' to communicate with over fifty exhibitors. Attendees will also be able to 'visit' four virtual worlds: the world of Rum, Yole sailboats, Gastronomy, and the city of Saint-Pierre, Martinique former capital.
Additionally, several conferences and seminars moderated by guest experts and speakers will be programmed both in French and in English. The Martinique Travel Show will close with an awards ceremony - the Martinique Tourism Awards - to honor and salute the efforts of leading island professionals and the products they offer, especially in these challenging times.
