Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana has announced the opening of its food hall concept, The Market Food Hall, which will replace the buffet style restaurant previously in its place.
The Market Food Hall will offer guests the opportunity to try street food cuisines inspired by places around the world. The food will be made-to-order and will also offer a selection of hand-crafted cocktails.
Cuisines that will be part of the food hall include a New Orleans style French market, Mexican Mercado, Asian Market, Italian Mercato, Spanish Boqueria, and a full bar featuring classic Dominican and traditional cocktails.
“The Market Food Hall will offer a different dining experience for guests that goes beyond the traditional buffet,” said Frank Maduro, Vice President of Marketing at AIC Hotel Group.
“The concept will be the first all-inclusive food hall of its kind in the Dominican Republic and it is very exciting that guests will have the chance to enjoy it while on vacation.”
The design for The Market Food Hall was inspired by the lush greenery that surrounds the Punta Cana region with restaurant details, such as patterned cement tiles, and decor from Dominican artists. Unique features include a hanging tropical garden giving the space a contemporary chic greenhouse design.
The Market Food Hall will offer a la carte dining and will be open for breakfast from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, lunch will be served from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm, and dinner will be served from 6:00pm to 9:00 pm.
