Holland America Line (HAL) has announced that it will be cancelling the remainder of the summer 2021 sailings for the Nieuw Statendam and Volendam ships, and will be updating the cruise schedule for the Rotterdam.
The cancellations affect Nieuw Statendam and Volendam sailings from SEP through NOV 2021, and guests who have already been booked for these voyages will be automatically moved to a 2021 Mediterranean cruise on the Eurodam, with cruises beginning 15AUG through 30OCT 2021, as well as USD $100 Onboard Spending Credit per person.
Guests with cancelled sailings can also choose to move to an equivalent cruise in 2022 at the 2021 fare or receive a Future Cruise Credit of 110% of any cash paid that will be placed in the guest’s loyalty account.
The Rotterdam will not be open to guests until its 26SEP 2021 cruise from Amsterdam, and guests who have booked a now cancelled voyage can select an equivalent sailing in 2022 at the 2021 fare paid, or they can choose to receive a Future Cruise Credit of 110% of any cash paid.
Any guest on a canceled voyage also can request a full refund of all monies paid to HAL.
