Windstar Restarts Cruises, First Sailings from Greece

Windstar Cruises has resumed operations with vaccinated guests and crew, and set sail for the first time since the pandemic on 19JUN 2021 from Athens on Wind Star.

The cruise, carrying a maximum of just 148 guests, will be sailing a seven-day roundtrip voyage around the Greek Isles, including visits to Santorini and Mykonos. Windstar plans for the yacht to sail this itinerary on a near-weekly basis until OCT 2021.

The cruise line will return to operations in phases, with its fleet of six ships resuming sailings on different dates through NOV 2021. All guests are required to be vaccinated. In addition, Windstar is assuring guests with additional health and safety precautions, and a fully vaccinated crew for each yacht.
