Booking Peace of Mind
Club Med’s reopenings come with an array of new policies and programs aimed at the post-pandemic world.
The Flexible Cancellation Policy allows guests to make short notice changes to bookings, including the option for a full refund, including airfare if needed.
The Emergency Assistance Program provides any guest traveling before 31DEC 2022 coverage for any unexpected medical expenses, including those related to COVID-19.
The Safe Together Program focuses on enhanced hygiene and safety measures, such as temperature checks, masks for all staff, distanced dining and frequent sanitizing of all facilities. Club Med resorts will also have contactless check-in and check-out for any activity.
Enhanced Sustainability
Club Med is on track to ban single-use plastic products from bars, restaurants and rooms by 2022. 80 per cent of its resorts have been eco-certified and its Québec location - due to open DEC 2021 - aims to become North America’s first hotel structure to comply with strict BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environment Assessment Method) environmental standards.
