Disney Cruise Line Welcomes Back Guests

On 06JUL, Disney Cruise Line (DCL) set sail for the first time in a year, with a test cruise on Disney's Magic at Sea from Southampton, U.K. Volunteer Disney Cast Members were the passengers for this test cruise. Paying customers are set to board on 15JUL.

Disney Cast Members on board shared their excitement on social media.

Disney Magic at Sea cruises will only be sailing from the U.K. this summer, and are only available to U.K. residents. Guests aboard the ship will also still be subject to COVID-19 protocols, including social distancing and proof of vaccination.

Disney Fantasy is the first ship for the line to be scheduled for a test cruise in the U.S., on a two-night cruise between 28 to 30JUL from Port Canaveral. It appears to have cancelled all cruises from U.S. ports on Disney Dream through 06AUG 2021, Disney Fantasy through 28AUG 2021, Disney Wonder through 19SEP 2021, and Disney Magic through 04NOV 2021.
