Two More Zoëtry Brand Deals in St. Lucia and Los Cabos

AMRCollection has announced two new deals, for the Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia and the Zoëtry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos in Mexico.

These two conversions from independent resorts will bring the Zoëtry portfolio up to seven.

“Demand for boutique resorts is at a high, as travelers crave more intimate experiences in a setting that prioritizes luxury, personalization and safety. Understanding how to optimize this segment for profitability can be a challenge, especially in a volatile market,” said Javier Coll, President of Global Business Development for parent Apple Leisure Group.

“For more than 13 years, AMResorts has provided successful brand-management services through the Zoëtry brand for resorts that are truly unique, while offering guests a consistent, reliable stay from property to property.”

The Los Cabos location had actually been a part of Zoëtry until 2015, and now reenters the collection.

Opening in NOV 2021, the resort will feature 60 exclusive rooms and suites offering outstanding sunset views of the Sea of Cortez. It offers exceptionally spacious ocean view accommodations, two restaurants, two bars, and four pools and a relaxing spa for guests to enjoy.

Meanwhile the St. Lucia location will be the first AMResorts-branded locale on the island, with 124 rooms and suites. Formerly the Marigot Bay Resort and Marina, the resort offers access to one of the most noteworthy marinas in St. Lucia, which is lined with boutique shops, offering guests a variety of shopping throughout their stay. Guests will also enjoy a spa, four restaurants, four bars, and two infinity pools.

An opening date for the St. Lucia resort will be announced in due course.

Both resorts will offer Zoëtry’s Endless Privileges program, which offers among other amenities finely appointed accommodations, no check-in or check-out times, gourmet cuisine, unlimited top-shelf spirits, 24-hour concierge and cultural enrichment activities.

Being a part of AMResorts, the brand will also offer the CleanComplete Verification program, which promises health and hygiene for guests.
