Panama Tourism and Copa Airlines have relaunched the ‘Stopover in Panama’ program that allows pax to visit the capital city with no additional airfare.

The program will allow pax to enjoy two cities, one of them Panama, for the price of one. It will be available on all Copa Airlines flights in 28 countries across South America, Central America and the Caribbean.

In Canada, pax can take advantage of this program with flights out of Toronto and Montreal.

“We are delighted to relaunch the ‘Stopover in Panama’ partnership with Copa Airlines as we make a commitment to share Panama’s beauty and culture with travellers,” said Fernando Fondevila, PROMTUR Panama ́s CEO.

“No matter the time of year, there is a reason to visit our destination and share experiences with our people. This partnership presents travellers with an easy option to add Panama to their upcoming trip.”

The program is valid for any 7-day stay in Panama once the prospective pax has decided on an itinerary.

The program’s redesigned website features tours and packages based on the desired length of stay, and helpful planning tools such as suggested trip itineraries, videos and photos. It also provides information about airport transfers, lodging and entertainment options as well as stopover hotels.
