Club Med Launches New e-Learning Tool for Travel Agents

Club Med has launched a new interactive e-learning tool, Club Med University, designed for Canadian travel agents to train, engage, and reward advisors to become Club Med Specialists. Advisors can register for the training program here.

Club Med University provides advisors with online training that can be accessed whenever it is convenient for them, with modules that can be completed at their own pace.

Agents can use the platform to learn about Club Med’s portfolio of resorts, full product offerings, all-inclusive formula and new booking engine, among other key brand learnings.

The tool is free to enroll for validated agents, and those participating will receive loyalty points for every completed course, which will be redeemable for various perks including complimentary stays. After five completed courses, advisors will be designated with the Club Med Specialist Certification.

Once certified, agents will be entered into a draw for a chance to win two complimentary stays at a Club Med resort or a selection of gift cards. Successful advisors will also have the opportunity to participate in Club Med fam trips and get firsthand experience at one of the brand’s collection of global properties.

Club Med notes that travel agents have been an essential part of the Club Med team for more than 70 years, and the new tool will help bridge the gap between the brand and agents.
