BodyHoliday

Two properties in Sunswept Resorts' portfolio have reopened to guests in St. Lucia, Rendezvous and BodyHoliday.

BodyHoliday is a wellness-focused resort, with new reported new offerings including "The Wellness Rehabilitation Program," where participants focus on four pillars: fitness, relaxation, holistic nutrition and restoration. Tailored wellness activities include Pilates, tai chi, Ayurvedic treatments, chanting and Bhutanese healing and osteopathy.

Other wellness programs now offered at BodyHoliday include the non-medical "COVID Convalescence Program," designed with COVID-19 survivors in mind; the "Boost Your Immunity Program," a five-day program with a foundation of restoration, fitness and nutrition; and the "Corporate Wellbeing Program," designed with an emphasis on mental wellbeing.

BodyHoliday has also reportedly opened the Hibiscus Villa to meet demand of more exclusive private accommodations. The villa is situated directly across Pigeon Island, and can accommodate up to six guests with three en-suite guestrooms, a deck, and a garden with views of the Caribbean Sea. Hibiscus Villa is located a two-minute walk away from the main resort.

“The pandemic has changed the definition of wellness – broadening the way we think about taking care of our mind, body and spirit, how we take care of ourselves,” said Andrew Barnard, Executive Director, Sunswept Resorts.
