Fogo Island Inn, a luxury resort hotel on Fogo Island, Newfoundland, has announced a wellness sleep retreat set for 2-6MAR 2022.

Lead by Dr. Colleen Carney, director of the sleep and depression laboratory at Toronto's Ryerson University, the "The Secrets of Sleep: A Life-Changing Retreat," will help teach guests sleep science, which will include daily workshops, time in the fresh air of Fogo Island, as well as morning yoga, evening meditation, use of the resorts indoor amenities, and more.

"Between the inherently relaxing qualities of a stay at our inn and the science-based sleep teachings of Dr. Carney, our sleep retreat is sure to help you get a good night's sleep — and the benefits will endure long after you've left our shores," said the hotel on its events page.

In addition to standard accommodation costs, the retreat costs an extra CAD $1,100 per person.
