Dreams Resorts & Spas is launching a kid-friendly culinary offering created in collaboration with young chef Eitan Bernath, with three new dishes for children are available now at select resorts, available until 31MAY.
The new "Foodie Explorers" rotating menu series, available at Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort, Dreams Natura Resort & Spa and Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa in Mexico, includes:
- Sunny Day Parfait: Coconut mango parfait with Yucatan honeycomb candy
- Cuckoo Coconut Fish Fingers: Coconut fish fingers with tamarind dipping sauce
- Cheesy Crispy Rice Dippers: Elote arancini nuggets with creamy dipping sauce
“Dreams Resorts & Spas guests crave gourmet dining experiences with limitless options and we know that even young travelers are hungry for wow-worthy offerings," said Antonio Martínez, executive chef at Dreams® Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa.

Eitan Bernath, the principal culinary contributor on The Drew Barrymore Show, created the dishes for younger generations to complement the existing food and beverage program. Since beginning to cook at the age of seven, Bernath has built a following of nearly seven million social media followers.
In JAN 2022, Bernath and his family travelled to Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort, where he collaborated with AMR Collection executive chefs during an interactive session to gather recipe inspiration that matched the flavors and style of the destination.
"I was inspired by the fresh ingredients and bold tropical flavors of Mexico’s Yucatan and beyond to create unique and fun dishes that would appeal to kids and help them discover new flavors while on vacation," said Bernath.
