Carnival Cruise Line reminds travel partners about its 31MAR deadline for clients impacted by the cruise line's pause in operations.
Until that date, impacted guests can take advantage of the Enhanced Value Offer, which includes a 100 per cent future cruise credit (FCC) and an onboard credit (OBC).
If your clients intend to take advantage of our Enhanced Value Offer, advisors can assist them in making their selection here. This form must be completed by 31MAR 2022 and is also available at the top of GoCCL.com and Carnival.com.
Clients must rebook their cruise no later than 31MAR 2022 to take advantage of Carnival's Enhanced Value Offer. Should clients not rebook their cruise by 31MAR 2022, they are still able to use their FCC on any sailing departing by 30SEP 2023; however, the enhanced value onboard credit will no longer apply.
31MAR 2022 is also the deadline for requesting a refund. A refund can be requested through the form here; the form is also available at the top of GoCCL.com or Carnival.com.
Terms for FCC and OBC
If the cancelled cruise was 6 or more days, guests can choose between two options:
- Option 1 - 100 per cent FCC and USD $600 OBC per stateroom on the next cruise if booked by 31MAR 2022 for travel until 30SEP 2023
- Option 2 - 100 per cent refund
If the cancelled cruise was 5 days or less, guests can choose between two options:
- Option 1 - 100 per cent FCC and USD $300 OBC per stateroom on the next cruise if booked by 31MAR 2022 for travel until 30SEP 2023
- Option 2 - 100 per cent refund
Due to longer than normal hold times, Carnival is offering extra time to have the FCC and OBC applied to your clients’ new reservations. If the new booking is made and deposited by 31MAR 2022, travel partners have until 20MAY 2022, to contact Carnival so its team can apply the FCC and OBC. If the selected sailing is departing in the next 90 days, travel partners are recommended to call as soon as the booking is made.
