Rocky Mountaineer Launches 2022 Season

Rocky Mountaineer's Rockies to the Red Rocks RouteRocky Mountaineer has kicked off its 2022 season with luxury train journeys in Western Canada and the Southwest U.S. This year also marks the rail company's first full season for its newest route, Rockies to the Red Rocks, between Denver, Colorado and Moab, Utah.

From now through OCT, Rocky Mountaineer's glass-domed trains will be traveling along Western Canada and Colorado Rockies routes, allowing guests to experience the sights and sounds of nature’s beauty from their railcar. All of the routes will be open for the entire season.

The first departure dates for each of Rocky Mountaineer's routes:

  • 17APR: Rockies to the Red Rocks (Denver - Glenwood Springs - Moab)
  • 25APR: First Passage to the West (Vancouver - Kamloops - Banff)
  • 26APR: Journey Through the Clouds (Vancouver - Kamloops - Jasper)
  • 07MAY: Rainforest to Gold Rush (Vancouver - Whistler - Quesnel - Jasper)
