MSC Cruises is launching a new group booking promotion this summer, allowing Canadian-based travel agents and their clients to reap the rewards on cruises sailing worldwide through NOV 2023. On 06JUL, the cruise line announced new incentives on all group bookings including discounted cruise fares, free berths, bonus amenity points, and more.

New groups of eight or more cabins booked between 23JUN 2022 and 31AUG 2022 – for sailings departing 01NOV 2022 through 30NOV 2023 – will be eligible for the following:

  • Discounted Cruise Fare: First and second guests in each cabin will receive discounts based on cruise length (CAD $40 per person for two to six nights, CAD $60 per person for seven to 11 nights, CAD $130 per person on 12 or more nights)
  • Bonus Amenity Points: Travel agents can use amenity points toward sweetening the deal for clients with enhancements like stateroom gifts, cocktail parties, Wi-Fi, or onboard credit. The points can also go toward items for agents themselves like bonus commissions, accelerated tour conductor berths, or marketing funds.
  • Waived Deposits: No deposit will be required for up to 16 cabins.
  • Tour Conductor Credits: Two free tour conductor berths per 16 berths booked.

Ian Patterson, County Manager, MSC Cruises Canada, said: “As the Canadian cruise recovery picks up steam, and our trade partners are now planning their customers’ new groups for this upcoming winter and next summer, this is the perfect time to re-affirm our support for our Canadian trade partners by introducing a new groups promotion.”

This offer excludes MSC World Cruise. Applicable to standard group sizes of eight to 70 cabins; large and non-standard groups evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
