Emerald Cruises has added four 2023 sailing dates to its three most popular river itineraries.
Two new dates have been added to Emerald Cruises’ Christmas cruise season. The Douro River cruise season has also been extended, with two new dates added to the Portugal itinerary for the 2023 autumn and holiday seasons.
Christmas Markets and Yuletide Cheer
An eight-day Christmas Markets sailing on the Rhine departs on 16DEC 2023 and an eight-day Christmas Markets on the Danube departs on 24NOV 2023.
Secrets of the Douro
Sailing roundtrip from Porto, the eight-day Secrets of the Douro follows the Douro valley and includes excursions such as a visit to an 18th century vineyard estate in Quinta do Tedo, a canoeing excursion in Régua, a guided tour of Salamanca and dinner at Quinta da Pacheca wine estate. Two new sailings have been added for the Secrets of the Douro, extending the season further into autumn. Departing 18NOV and 25NOV 2023, fares start at CAD$4,895 per person, with reduced airfare of CAD$395 per person based on double occupancy when booked by 31DEC 2022.
