Sunwing Vacations has updated its Instant Group Quotes tool to deliver a more seamless and efficient group booking experience for travel agents.
According to the tour operator, the updates provide agents with an easier way to secure their clients' fall and winter vacations to popular destinations like Cancun, Los Cabos, Puerto Plata, Varadero, and the exotic West Indies locales of Antigua, Saint Lucia, St. Maarten, and Grand Bahama.
The refreshed Instant Group Quotes application has simplified navigation, streamlining the quoting process for agents. With new instant quoting options available in one session, agents can quickly access the information they need. The revamp also introduces features such as user-friendly, editable mobile forms, pre-populated agent details, and the assignment of a dedicated Group Sales Representative to each agent's quote, ensuring more efficient service. Additionally, tracking quote expiry dates has been easier with the inclusion of new search filters within the agent's group quote history.
In conjunction with these updates, agents will benefit from a new Group Booking Request form designed to save them time. By submitting a group booking request using the provided link, agents can input details into Sunwing's recently integrated lead management system, powered by Salesforce. This integration guarantees faster and more accurate turnaround times for booking confirmations and contract issuances, thus minimizing unnecessary back-and-forth communications. Agents will also receive a concise summary of the booking request for review and can expect to receive the booking confirmation and contract within one business day.
Launch Contest and Training Webinars
Sunwing is running a launch contest for its updated group booking system. Agents who make a booking using the new Group Booking Request form by 31OCT, 2023 can win one of two, seven-night all-inclusive getaways for two to Riu Latino. Winners will be selected on 01NOV.
