HAL's CCO Talks with Open Jaw About the Trend Towards Inclusive Pricing

Holland America Line made some waves a few weeks ago, when it followed in the footsteps of Celebrity Cruises with an inclusive pricing offer, ‘Have it All’, which until this year had been the USP of the highest-end, luxury lines only.

Beth Bodensteiner, Chief Commercial Officer at Holland America Line, spoke with Open Jaw's president, Nina Slawek, to discuss the impact of inclusive pricing, as well as the moving goalposts of the resumption of cruising.
