WestJet today has launched its new, seasonal non-stop service between Toronto and New Orleans, Louisiana. The inaugural flight departed Toronto's Pearson International Airport at 9 a.m. EDT today.

"From architecture and arts, music and Mardi Gras, to festivals and the French Quarter, New Orleans provides tremendous opportunity for our guests to experience the vibrancy of the Big Easy."
WestJet will fly between Toronto and New Orleans four times per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
One-way fares, available in both directions on non-stop flights only, are available from $99 plus applicable taxes and fees.
WestJet Vacations offers customized vacation packages for most of WestJet's scheduled destinations, including packages to New Orleans starting at $359, plus applicable fees and taxes, for air and three nights accommodation.
