PAL Airlines Awarded Contract for Charter Services With Indigenous Services Canada

The Government of Canada has awarded PAL Airlines and the entire Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) group of airlines a contract to provide charter services with Indigenous Services Canada (ISC).

These services ensure that Indigenous fly-in communities across the country are able to receive the essential supplies and care that they need.

With health and safety measures in place, these services will allow health care professionals to board at dedicated facilities and maintain quarantine during their travel.

“Through our airline operations, EIC has become a part of the community fabric in the fly-in First Nations destinations we serve across Canada,” said Mike Pyle, the CEO of EIC in a statement. “As a result of that established presence, we understand first-hand the vital services ISC health care providers deliver every. It’s been immensely gratifying for everyone at EIC to be able to leverage our expertise in support of ISC and the communities we serve during these challenging times, and we look forward to continuing this important work.”
