Tripadvisor revealed its Travelers' Choice Best of the Best Destination Awards, with Dubai taking the top spot on the Popular Destinations list for the second year in a row. On this list, New York placed fifth.
As reported by Travel Industry Wire, Cuba was placed as the number 1 Trending Destination in the world for 2023 for the greatest year-over-year growth in interest on Tripadvisor. Juneau, Alaska, took the top spot for the U.S.-only version of the trending destinations list. For the best Food Destination, Rome took the top spot overall, while New Orleans was number 1 for the U.S. Canada also received recognition, with Whistler as number 1 for Best Places to Ski.
