Turks and Caicos’ Newest Resort Will Have a Lagoon and a “Boat Concierge”

The new South Bank residential resort is opening its doors in Turks and Caicos in late 2023 featuring a mega yacht marina on 31 acres in Long Bay, Providenciales area. As reported by Caribbean Journal, the resort will feature a  mix of one-to-seven-bedroom waterfront residences, from beachfront villas to “boathouses” with their own private docks. Amenities include a fully-serviced “boat concierge” and marina; a swimming lagoon; outdoor pools with a fire pit lounge, a beach, several eateries and a spa and fitness center. The property is managed by Grace Bay Resorts and developed by Windward.
